He has extensive knowledge in milling, food safety, and quality management, holding certifications in SQF, BRC, ISO 22000:2018, and HACCP. His hands-on approach and commitment to global standards have helped businesses in the USA, UK, and Ethiopia achieve sustainable growth and food safety compliance. Additionally, Eyakem holds a BSc in Biochemistry and MSc in Food safety.
